Familia Chavarri –

The vineyards owned by the Chávarri family are located in Spain’s most

emblematic D.O.’s.

Their geographical location makes them exceptional places for wine cultivation.

The vineyards are where the heritage of our ancestors is intertwined with the continuous acquisition of terroirs, since the family’s premise is to create great wines, consistently based on the care of the vine.

Aspects for quality:

- Own vineyards: If there is something that differentiates this group is the control of the wines from the care of their vineyards, selective vintage and careful preparation.

-Location: Short but intense winters with not too many hours of sun but not too few. What gives quality to the vineyards and consequently to the wines is the situation of their vineyards that must be between 400 and 600 meters of altitude.

-Tradition and experience: Each wine is different and requires the experience of the winery to know how to react to weather changes and adverse conditions. The quality of the crops depends on aspects such as these.
