Meet The Team!
Founder / Cellar Master-

Dianne came up with the idea of New England Uncorked in
early 2012 after she and her husband stumbled upon a
winery during a 10th anniversary trip to Mystic, CT. They
decided to stop in and have a glass of wine and at first
sip she was blown away!
Realizing that in NH we have several wineries, but nothing to speak of as far as wines from other New England states, the idea of New England Uncorked was born. She set out to learn all she could about regional product and what it would take to accomplish a goal of wider acceptance of northastern wines. Then, after a short while, she gave up her prestigious technology job at Fidelity Investments to focus on this goal.
Dianne has a passion for learning and comes from generations of wine lovers. She had been studying wine for several years and presently holds a certificate as a Cellar Master from Les Chevaliers du Grand Vin. She is currently studying wines from France, Italy and Spain and is working towards a Master of Wine. In the meanwhile, she travels the northeast in search of the best of the best wines, and across NH selling to retailers, restaurants and Inns.
In her spare time, Dianne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to the many wineries of the northeast, self teaching and furthering her education, and busies herself with cooking and taking care of her homes in northern and southern NH.

Brian has been with the NH Liquor Commission for five
years where he is seen as an oenophile with extensive
product, industry, and technical knowledge. With over
twenty-five years of professional marketing and database
experience within the distribution industry, Brian brings
a unique perspective to the wine industry.
Brian has helped winemakers and importers evaluate wine pre-released to the market. To that end, he has been asked many times to evaluate barrel samplings by various vintners. His own personal tastings have been compiled into 30 years. He has traveled extensively in the US to trade shows to learn about new and emerging regions and to wine regions of Europe, including Burgundy, Champagne, the Mosel and Rioja. You may have also heard him on talk radio discussing all things vino and answering everyone’s burning wine queries. When he is not sipping a wine that is new to him, he is forging ahead towards earning membership in the Wine Century Club (almost done)! Brian is enjoying life with his wife and five children and volunteers with the local Boy Scouts of America. He looks forward to working with customers to bring new and interesting regional wines to NH.
